When it comes to illegal immigration and border security, the Obama administration doesn’t really have a policy, other than throwing open the door and laying out a welcome mat.
They have willfully chosen not to enforce existing immigration laws, have released detained illegals with criminal records onto the streets, are refusing to deport anybody, and are even advertising food stamps and other benefits in foreign countries, encouraging more illegal immigration.
They have left actual border security up to the states and have enabled a humanitarian crisis to unfold as thousands flood our border seeking entry, knowing Obama will not send them home.
Now actor Wayne Rogers, famous for his role on the TV show M*A*S*H*, let loose on President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder for their willful violation of existing immigration laws, calling for both of them to be impeached, according to WND.
On Saturday morning’s broadcast of the Fox News business show “Cashin’ In,” host Eric Bolling asked guests who was to blame for the federal government’s failure to act against the invasion of illegal aliens along the southern border.Rogers, now a successful entrepreneur, laid the blame squarely at Obama’s feet.
“The man has violated the law constantly, he’s violated the Constitution. Listen, he’s given amnesty for illegals who entered the U.S. before the age of 16. He’s given amnesty to illegals who have relatives in the U.S. He’s given amnesty to illegals who are parents or guardians of people. He’s given amnesty to – the key word, ‘illegals.’ It’s already illegal. You can’t violate the Constitution if you’re doing something legally. He’s doing it illegally.
“He ought to be impeached, and so should Eric Holder!”
Rogers then called out Republicans in Congress for being cowardly by not standing up to Obama and his administration.
“The Republicans are pusillanimous peewees, they don’t do anything about it, and they should stand up and be counted instead of running for the exit every time they bring this up.”
Wayne Rogers is correct, both Obama and Holder should be impeached. Their willful neglect of our border and refusal to follow the law which they swore an oath to uphold has made them guilty of making America less safe.
The crisis on our southern border, from the flood of illegal immigrants to the increase in drug trafficking, arms trafficking and sex trafficking, not to mention the high likelihood that terrorists are infiltrating our unsecured border, rests squarely on the shoulders of Obama.
Obama has put party politics and ideology ahead of our national security, and Eric Holder has perverted the Justice Department by picking and choosing which laws he will or will not enforce. Both Obama and Holder must be impeached, removed from office, tried for their crimes, and sentenced accordingly.
